I'm fine (or will be shortly). It's been so nuts here. Walmart just opened, and our boss owns the mcdonalds there too. We're short staffed as it is and now we have to go back and forth between the two restaurants. It was caotic the first few days, but it's slowing down now. With any luck I'll have everything sorted out and will be able to devote more time to this place soon. I've got a few things planned, I just need the time to do it properly.
I hope all is well with you, and that the first month of this year has been a good one (has it already been a month?!)

That's aweful! No vacation in over 10 years! Even if you couldn't go anywhere far away, could you at least go camping or something. Even if it's only just for a few days, the break would help. I can understand them wanting you home on time, but your education is important. And if you have to be out late to do research, then you have to be out late. Good luck with your thesis! Ouch! How'd you break your foot? Don't worry about how I'm doing (although it's nice to see you care ) You just get better and concentrate on your school work. Hopefully you will not have to wait out the rest of the year for things to get better.

Hello again. Just checking if there is anything new you want to talk about while we wait to finally get to role play. How have you been doing lately? Also since you were interested from a recent post about wanting to know some historical referencing behind the anticipated sequel to Marching Faithful, 'The Vengence of Devils,' I will go ahead and tell you some of it now despite I do not have the actual source with me at the moment to show you all of it (I am on a college campus' computer waiting until it is time to go to class). During a top secret meeting between Adolf Hitler and all his top Nazi deputy officials in the mid-1930's, Hitler wanted to discuss how he would go about beginning his conquests of Europe as he declared in his master plans for total world domination in his book, 'Mien Kampf.' He knew that he first needed to unite all German-related peoples of Europe under his rule for building his soon to be born Third Reich to gain more power, strategic territory, and resources to make that empire happen. However, he would have to deal with the diplomatic spectre of the superpower authority over Europe that was the British Empire. He was contemplating what territory would he first want to negotiate with the British to lay claim upon. He knew initially he wanted the naturally nearby territories of Austria, Cezhsolvokia, and Poland, but worried that the British would stand hard against those offers too early before Nazi-Germany was strong enough to take it by force yet and make Hitler himselflook foolish and weak in the British's eyes. So, he wondered if he could negoitate with England the claiming of African colonial territories starting with... (surpise!) Angola! That is what I will tell you for now, but I must be going. Time is up and have to getto class. :-) See you soon!

I've been doing fine lately, thanks for asking . How about you? I hope all is well. That is quite facsinating. I love history. And it's great to see fictional stories set in days gone by, and how the author creates a credible story using facts to support the plot. Kudos to you. Can't wait to read it!

Well, that is going to be both the fanfiction sequel to Marching Faithful and our future big role play storyline. Looks like I won you over then liking the idea. Yes! I was worried because it involving something as realistically evil and dark like the Nazis. But with me being a military adventure buff who enjoys Tom Clancy literature as well as enjoy realism through history and geo-politics thanks to the backing of this historical evidence, I had to use it. Besides, how else am I to bring back Karl and making bigger and badder than before to seek vengence. Sorry that I never got around to giving you the actual citation from the source I summarized for you, but I will in due time. Especially get the role play going finally. I just have been struggling to finish up my thesis essay for college as the semester is nearing its last weeks. My family is not being kind to let me do it with ease as they keep causing one distraction after another to slow me down on my concentration and progress. I am doing very good with my paper so far, but I am oly half finished and I want to make sure the remaining half is done well as the initial half. So, forgive me on holding out on role playing in the meantime. I cannot wait to begin with you, friend. As for the summary it self, you know of from real history that Hitler did successfully demanded the British and French with diplomatic intimidation, thanks to his sly snake in the grass foreign state minister Ribbentropp, the German annexation of Austria and then later Cezchoslovakia on the indirect threat of war against those territories to take them instead. Of course, the European community, especially England, reluctantly handed over those countries to Hitler's Third Reich in the political policy of 'appeasement' as Europe wanted to avoid causing another conflict with an aggressive enemy state that could result in repeating the tragedy that was World War I. Only with Hitler again threatening the demand to annex Poland next did the British and French put their feet down, seeing that Hitler was out to completely undo the protectorate powers symbolized by Poland's existance of England and France endowned by the peace-preserving Versilles Treaty of 1919 while strengthening himself enough to bully or eventually conquer all of Europe, threatened back to Nazi-Germany of war if Hitler were to take Poland even with force. Thus, the rest, as they say, is history... The former German colonies in Africa nor the trade of other European powers' colonies there were never traded or disturbed except in northern Africa where some of World War II's battles occured. Instead, what I am doing is a 'what if' spin on this course of history to create the Marching Faitful sequel. Of course, Hitler still sticks to his original desire to take Austria, Cezchoslovakia, and Poland after resounding encouragement by propagandist minister Goerbbles that the British and French were fool-hearted with passifism, but he secretly also considers taking back the German colonies and capturing strategic colonies of other European powers like Portugal's Angola. Cameroon and Nambia were former German colonies lost to German's World War I defeat conditions by the Versilles Treaty, but still had a German ethnic following influencing those countries. Now, what general history does not cover is that Hitler planned that his total victory, other than defeating England and the Soviet Union conquering both, would involve the taking of northern Africa Parts of the Middle East, shared with fascist Italy, and including India, shared with fascist Japan. By accomplishing this, Hitler would have to finish the remains of the British and French empires spread across the globe that the Japanese in the Eastern Hemisphere had not already conquered. This included cutting off the French and British colonies on the eastern and wester African coastlines, British India, and the British and French Middle East from the European home countries. Hitler already was already serectly preparing operations, alliances, and even facilities on South America through German-friendly Argentina, Paraguay, and Uraguay to harrase and guard the southern Atlantic Ocean from British and French merchant and military convoys when war begins to reach western Africa and re-enforce South Africa. If Hitler wanted to reach and take eastern Africa without facing the British and French yet at the time by going passed the Suez Canal in Egypt, Hitler would have to recolonize, reorganize, and arm Cameroon and Nambia. Then, they would attack invading eastward towards the coast of the Indian Ocean cutting off British South Africa from England and leaving open for conquest. All the while, French Madagascar would be open for attack and invasion, too. That island, if well armed with a strong navy, can easily isolate India and block British ships from moving freely in the Indian Ocean not without being attacked by German and Japanese ships. Thus, in order for Hitler to cut off the strongest and most capable British colony of the British Empire, India, from attacking Japanese forces while aiding in the war in Europe and northern Africa, Hitler must creat one solid, coast to coast-sweaping frontline in Africa via Cameroon and Nambia. And what seperates those 2 German colonies is the Portugese colony of Angola! Hitler would have to take it! And, fictionally, who do you think is familar with the area and been ambitious to fight and conquer into the depths of the African frontier since World War I? > (Hint;Hint!) Whew! Enough for now. ;D I need a drink of water. lol!

Back again to continue the supporting explination for Vengence of Devil's background mixing some fact with the fiction. Historians since World War II knew the Nazis were attempting to build the world's first atomic bomb since the mid-1930's. Despite the research and attempted developments of nuclear fuel refining and designing a working bomb device, Hitler had figured the possibility of a superweapon that could destroy an entire city or a large army formation with a single bomb was a fantasy drempt up by German-Jewish scientists like Albert Einstein who had escaped Nazi persecution to the safety of America. Abandoning the young and new idea of nuclear physics as with any form of recorded knowledge and idea involving Jewish contributors due to Hitler's hatred for them and many other peoples, the program was both restricted in funds and manpower leaving it permenantly incompetent of proper direction in research and developlent through the entire war. Even if Hitler allowed the nuclear program to continue, the lack of geniuses like Einstein, world-accepted scientific knowledge on nuclear physics, and the rarity of natural uranium ore in Europe would hinder the effort already anyways. The Nazis still tried creating nuclear material artificially instead through producing the extremely difficult to make chemical called 'heavy water' at a Nazi-occupied Norwregian hydroelectric plant/chemical lab center at the start of World War II with the invasion of iron mill-rich Norway shortly after Poland. This heavy water may not work with developing uranium into the standard atomic bomb grade-nuclear material made by humans called plutonium, but it is one of the chemical componentd to devloping an atomic fusion bomb, or a 'hydrogen bomb,' which can be 1,000 times more powerful than an atomic fission bomb using plutonium. Fusion nuclear bombs are hard and expensive to develop even in today's 21st century's hi-tech military arsenals of the world which now are no longer needed, thankfully only as 'deterent' tools of diplomacy instead of weapons, with the long-ago end of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and America. Luckily for the Allies of World War II, they knew the Nazis were trying to develop something related to a nuclear weapon, just that they did not know what a fusion bomb was then, and had Allied commando raids successfully destroy both the facility making the Heavy Water and the transportation trying to ship what remained of the stuff to the labs of Nazi-Germany. Thus, permenantly killing one of Hitler's dreams for 'wonder weapons' worthy enough for his apocalyptic war needs eventhough he was against the atomic bomb program. So again, this is an additional what if factor to why Hitler would want to have his African colonies back than to wage war in the southern Atlantic and the Indian Ocean. What if Hitler, despite he still rejects the information on nuclear physics due to being majorly contributed by Jewish scientists from around the world, were both allow the program to continue and listen to the options of loyal Nazi scientists involved in the program. They could have told him the best way to make this bomb exist and work would be through obtaining enough uranium and the heavy water production would be the second option to fall on. If the Nazi SS, Nazi-Germany's elite commando force and Hitler's personal body guards, officer members, including Berlin, were to announce their support and protection the of program to contribute to one of the first major scientific successes of the 'Aryan master race,' Hitler might be convinced to keep the program. Part of that effort to convince Hitler to go with the nuke program would be, thanks to Berlin's geographical knowledge along with his new fledgling interest in science and mysticism since joining the Nazi SS, the geological research digs by free-traveling Nazi scientists, as well as archeologists, during the 1930's that uranium vastly exists in central and southern Africa due to many hidden dormant volcanoes and a few active ones producing fresh rich supplies of minerals and metals. With Hitler's additional interest of invading Angola while blackmailing passificist Europe to hand over other German-related nations, it would be easily tempting to make Hitler want to take Angola, support the nuke program with African uranium ore, and have Berlin take command of making both goals happen. Ah. I love history, even if in theory.

Wow, that was quite a read, and very informative! Thank you so much for all your hard work, and sharing all that with us.
History is wonderful. I can never pinpoint exactly what it is about learning of the past, but there is something(s) about it that I can't help but love.

I could answer that, but that would take all night and I am bushed working on my college paper. Sorry. Later, maybe. But, as for all the info I told you plus having Berlin discover La, Opar, and both ties to Atlantis (another realm of Disney), reporting it to the Occult crazed-Nazi SS and it's leader Heinrich Himmler, Tarzan and all those close to him will be fighting more than for their lives and their jungle home. They will be indirectly saving the world! So, it is going to be a big role play and fanfiction story. ;D

Indeed. And Tarzan's reward is just to live in peace and happiness with Jane and his jungle friends after vanquishing Berlin and the Nazi horde. Not a bad deal. Heh! Besides, how would you pin the Medal of Honor on Tarzan if he is bare-chested?
